As Director of Sales and Marketing, Troy leads strategic initiatives driving the Cooperative’s growth, strengthening member and partner relationships, and advancing marketing efforts. Troy brings over 30 years of experience in employee benefits consulting and business development, having held senior leadership positions at multiple insurance brokerages and healthcare organizations. Most recently, he oversaw strategy and sales for the workplace health and employer health solutions business unit at a major Midwest healthcare system.
Troy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with an emphasis in business communications, from the University of Northern Iowa.
