Chelsea is the Cooperative’s specialty prior authorization associate, providing technical and administrative support to the Cooperative’s prior authorization (PA) process. She promptly reviews, processes, and troubleshoots specialty PA requests, collaborating closely with the Cooperative’s clinical services team dedicated to specialty PAs and other clinical initiatives.
