Matt Yadron: Account Executive

We are thrilled to introduce Matt Yadron, Account Executive at National CooperativeRx. Matt manages his own book of business within the Cooperative, providing strategic plan management, plan performance insights, and expert support to member groups and their broker/consultant partners.

Matt brings more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in pharmacy benefit management. After earning a bachelor’s degree in political science from Virginia Tech, he turned his attention to healthcare. In 2005, he joined a pharmacy benefit management (PBM) company as an account manager, where he gained experience in supporting members, analyzing their needs, and creating tailored solutions. Over the past two decades, he has held account manager and account executive roles within the PBM space, helping his groups understand utilization trends, implement effective plan design strategies, and identify opportunities for savings.

With his extensive experience managing complex pharmacy benefit accounts, Matt is well-positioned to guide National CooperativeRx member groups and their partners through the evolving benefits landscape. “As the main point of contact for my groups, I aim to be their trusted resource for everything related to pharmacy benefits, from plan strategy to general education and updates on industry trends,” he explains. “I look forward to getting to know my groups personally and building strong relationships.”

Since joining the National CooperativeRx team, Matt has enjoyed connecting with colleagues, sharing insights and experiences, and learning the Cooperative’s approach to serving members.

Matt resides in Denver, CO, which has been his home for more than two decades. In his free time, he stays active outdoors, whether hiking trails, enjoying a round of golf, or taking in Colorado’s scenic landscapes.
