As the main point of contact for member groups, they cultivate trusted relationships, guiding them through plan design strategies, interpreting clinical data, and efficiently resolving questions or challenges. By identifying opportunities to enhance plans and offering tailored strategic insights, they ensure member groups receive high-quality support that meets their unique needs and drives optimal outcomes.

Director of Clinical Services
The Director of Clinical Services is part of our executive leadership team and oversees the Cooperative’s clinical department. This role shapes the Cooperative’s clinical strategy and operations, developing innovative initiatives that align with members’ needs and industry best practices. As a primary resource for members, partners, and internal teams, this role provides personalized clinical support, strategic plan recommendations, and expert guidance on complex clinical issues. This leadership ensures the Cooperative delivers patient-focused care and equips member groups with strategic clinical solutions that maximize both health and financial outcomes for plan participants.

Filling these positions promptly will allow for comprehensive training and onboarding before the new year, ensuring new team members are fully prepared to support our member groups from day one and contribute to the ongoing success of the Cooperative and its membership.
