Here at National CooperativeRx, we conduct an annual satisfaction survey to measure how well we are performing among our membership and partners with certain aspects of our organization and current pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), as well as the Cooperative in its entirety. Keep reading for some highlights of the survey results.
