Understanding Clinical Program Offerings

The Cooperative provides a team of on-staff pharmacists and one of their responsibilities is to vet CVS/caremark clinical programs for effectiveness and return on investment before determining which ones to promote to members. They also perform data analysis to foresee any disruption a certain program will have to a member’s plan.

The Cooperative’s focus on adding value to clinical services begins at implementation and continues for the length of membership. Our account management team meets with individual members to help them understand their options and implement the best plan design for their organization. Continual reporting and analytics allow us to re-examine clinical program offerings as needed.
